Parking Reservation Refunds Policy

By booking a parking space at St Mary's Church Tottenham, you explicitly agree to the following non-refundable reservation terms and conditions:

No Refunds After Payment

Once a parking booking is confirmed and payment has been processed, all fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

Deposits and Holding Fees

Any deposits or advanced holding fees paid to secure a vehicle slot are strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to proceed with the final booking.

Late Arrival or Non-Attendance

No refunds, partial returns, or credits will be issued for late arrivals, non-attendance, or a driver's failure to use their booked parking space on the day of the event.

Event Cancellations and Postponements

If the football match, concert, boxing match, or NFL game you are attending is cancelled, postponed, rescheduled, or altered in any way, parking fees remain non-refundable. We are not responsible for external event changes and do not provide financial compensation. However, we will make every effort to transfer your booking to the new alternative event date if spaces are available.

Force Majeure and Site Closures

In the event of circumstances entirely beyond our control—including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, industrial strikes, unexpected government restrictions, or emergency site closures—no refunds will be provided. In these rare cases, our team will work with you to secure an alternative parking date.

Booking Amendments

Once payment has been completed, bookings cannot be amended, transferred to another vehicle, or exchanged without prior agreement. Any changes must be explicitly approved in advance by our parking attendants via WhatsApp, phone, text, or email.
